I ordered flowers from them for mother's Day the website told me to pick a date so I did and they took my money then the spineless people sent me a email saying it can't be delivered by then it is now been 5 days since I ordered the flowers and the gutless people will not even respond to your emails the customer service number is a bunch of automated BS and you never get to talk to a real human they've been jerking my mom around for 3 days now saying they are going to be delivered the next day so if you are thinking about ordering flowers from them you should reconsider because the whole place is actually a joke just a joke from recon reconsider

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Easter. Nowhere did it mention that they would not deliver on that day. If the date pops up on the drop-down, that generally would indicate it is an available delivery date. All they could tell me when I called was it would be delivered today, the day AFTER Easter. The call taker was of no help to me either when I called to complain. Total waste of time.

This company placed my order twice, did not meet the delivery promise. Three days after promise still no flowers. Cant get anyone in customer service. I was out $370. Ive yet to see flowers or my money back.

I ordered flowers for my mother on mother's Day and here it is May the 11th 2021 still no flowers delivered you call customer service and there is no customer service all you get is a bunch of automated BS and never get to talk to anyone they will not respond to your emails so I recommend anyone thinking about getting flowers from just Flowers should rethink because your flowers will not be delivered when you want them to be probably 5 to 7 Days later like my order

Non-delivery of flowers and no customer service support

I used this company once and will not do so again. The delivery was not made on time and kept getting extended day by day. I tried calling various telephone numbers to speak with someone and most of the calls ended up disconnecting after being on hold for an extended time.

I was literally told that not only do they not have the style of flowers I ordered, but that the only thing I can have is pink gerbers, carnations, and other fall colored flowers in a clear vase. So I literally have NO IDEA what I am paying for AND I cant even choose a different arrangement from the site.

Oh and they are going to refund me $15. I have no choice but to send flowers Im not interested in due to the time constraint. I asked if I could find out exactly what flowers are available and they couldnt tell me and wouldnt contact the florist to get the specifics. That is insane.

I just wanted to send my sister flowers that she would like after her surgery and now they wont even be her style. So so so upset.

Well, I can top this! I ordered my elderly brother (who is in poor health) and sister in law, a centerpiece for Christmas on 12/22 to be delivered 12/23.

I just found out today that they never got it. I called Just Flowers only to be told they cancelled my order 12/31 (9 days after I placed the order) because they were backlogged. I couldn't believe it! Thank God it I hadn't ordered flowers for a funeral!!

I will never use this company again and I will let anyone I know who is sending flowers not to use them as well. I did get the money credited back to me today but I am so upset that they never received their Christmas gift. A manager from Just Flowers just called me and said they couldn't find a florist to service the area that the flowers were going to, yet the address is a suburb of Nashville TN. B.S.

- screw this *** poor company. I will bash Just Flowers every chance I get!

Worst flower delivery company

I ordered flowers a week ago to go to a friend in Pennsylvania. I knew there were no florist around that had any flowers because they were wiped out from Valentines Day.

Just flowers assured me that they would get the flowers delivered by a florist. Every other day it was you have to order from the website for UPS delivery and then changed back to yes we have a florist. I spent a week on hole listening to two songs. Total torture.

The flowers Were delivered without the special instructions if no one was there to leave them next-door. It is hard to get a hold of a supervisor. Most of the customer representatives dont even understand simple English. Flowers flowers were left on the front door.

Everything they told me for a week was nothing but a lie after lie.

When I did get a hold of a supervisor they promised me everything was OK And that was another lie after another lie. Worst company ever.

In February 3 I placed an order to be delivered to my daughters mother in law. I paid extra for express delivery and wasnt told about the other charges.

Received a phone on the 4th they were unable to fulfill my order and were sendin a vase of flowers instead. I asked for the order to be cancelled since this isnt what I ordered or wanted. The representative said a manager would call me back since she couldnt cancel it. No one called me back in what I was told would be a matter of minutes.

7 phone calls later , 6 of them I was hung up on a manager did call back. She stated the order couldnt be cancelled but offered me $15. Once again I stated I wanted the order cancelled. After a few minutes of silence she hung up on me.

Awhile later the manager called me back. Repeated from the phone call before the order couldnt be cancelled. I asked why not I had asked fro the order to be cancelled hours ago.

Same answer as before cant cancel it , then silence and she hung up on me again. So I have no idea of what or if anything has been delivered.

When you customer service supervisor called me she made no mention of your policy. My order was not being delivered when I first spoke to your representative she stated my order was not going to be what I ordered.

I asked that order be cancelled since I did not wish to have a vase of flowers delivered.

Please do not twist this scenario to fit your policy. I want a full refund since I asked for the order to be cancelled before it even was placed with the florist.

Ordered flowers for a Sunday delivery for a birthday and they did not deliver. I cancelled the order at 6:00pm and will call a local florist on Monday and make sure that fresh flowers are delivered.

To cancel my order that was supposed to be delivered today

My flowers were supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day. They told me they would be redelivered on Monday. I want my ordered cancel Ed. Monday Is to late. They told me when I ordered them they would be delivered on Mother's day.

I'm still on hold, trying to track down an order made yesterday that wasn't, as promised, delivered today. Most infuriating is that the order date is incorrect, so it appears, on their online invoice, that I placed my order today. When my call was finally answered, the rep quickly put me back on hold, mumbling something intelligible. Why didn't I read the reviews on this site before placing the order? Of course I'm still on hold, and I'm pretty sure when they say the wait time will be longer than normal, that their normal must refer to the glacial age. DON'T USE JUSTFLOWERS. DON'T USE JUSTFLOWERS. DON'T USE JUSTFLOWERS!!!
