I was literally told that not only do they not have the style of flowers I ordered, but that the only thing I can have is pink gerbers, carnations, and other fall colored flowers in a clear vase. So I literally have NO IDEA what I am paying for AND I cant even choose a different arrangement from the site.
Oh and they are going to refund me $15. I have no choice but to send flowers Im not interested in due to the time constraint. I asked if I could find out exactly what flowers are available and they couldnt tell me and wouldnt contact the florist to get the specifics. That is insane.
I just wanted to send my sister flowers that she would like after her surgery and now they wont even be her style. So so so upset.

I ordered flowers a week ago to go to a friend in Pennsylvania. I knew there were no florist around that had any flowers because they were wiped out from Valentines Day.
Just flowers assured me that they would get the flowers delivered by a florist. Every other day it was you have to order from the website for UPS delivery and then changed back to yes we have a florist. I spent a week on hole listening to two songs. Total torture.
The flowers Were delivered without the special instructions if no one was there to leave them next-door. It is hard to get a hold of a supervisor. Most of the customer representatives dont even understand simple English. Flowers flowers were left on the front door.
Everything they told me for a week was nothing but a lie after lie.
When I did get a hold of a supervisor they promised me everything was OK And that was another lie after another lie. Worst company ever.

Preferred solution: Customer service representative should be retrained. They should have a knowledge of English language. They should go for spelling class. And they should follow instruction. Supervisors as well

In February 3 I placed an order to be delivered to my daughters mother in law. I paid extra for express delivery and wasnt told about the other charges.
Received a phone on the 4th they were unable to fulfill my order and were sendin a vase of flowers instead. I asked for the order to be cancelled since this isnt what I ordered or wanted. The representative said a manager would call me back since she couldnt cancel it. No one called me back in what I was told would be a matter of minutes.
7 phone calls later , 6 of them I was hung up on a manager did call back. She stated the order couldnt be cancelled but offered me $15. Once again I stated I wanted the order cancelled. After a few minutes of silence she hung up on me.
Awhile later the manager called me back. Repeated from the phone call before the order couldnt be cancelled. I asked why not I had asked fro the order to be cancelled hours ago.
Same answer as before cant cancel it , then silence and she hung up on me again. So I have no idea of what or if anything has been delivered.
