I spent $85 on a beautiful (in the picture) flower arrangement for my mom on Mother's Day and what she received was a basket filled with baby's breath with a couple of wilted peonies and two ragged roses. Customer service offered to give me a $10 credit toward my next order.

I told them that I wanted a new flower basket that was similar to the one that was pictured on the website... no reply.

Their policy is to give you something "similar to the pictured product based on local availability, but this basket that they delivered was NOTHING like the one that I ordered. They suck and I will never use their service again!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
