Not resolved

I placed an order and waited for the conformation e-mail, never received it.I called and they said there was no order and that I would not be billed for it, just try again, so I did.

Got the e-mail this time. Next day I saw that I was billed twice and when I called, they said there was nothing they could do, that I had placed two orders. I am out over $70!

I have never an e-mail about the first attempt and when I called, they could not confirm that I was told that I would not be charged, and that was from a manager.I will not be using them again, I can not afford it!
