I ordered flowers for my friends birthday two days in advance. Paid an express delivery charge of 4.99 to have them delivered before 1pm on Nov.

18th. At 1pm, no flowers. I went to the Just Flowers web site, and got on a live web chat with Desirie. She apologized, and said they would be delivered by 6pm.I requested a refund of the express fee, which she said would be reflected on my credit card in 2-4 business days, {we'll see}.

The flowers WERE delivered at 3:30pm, albeit NOT the lovely 75.00 bouquet I expected. I came here to complain about this company, but after reading many reviews, I'm feeling pretty lucky that I received anything at all!

Wish I had checked reviews BEFORE placing my order! Never again!
