Miserable....will never use or recommend Just Flowers again.I placed two orders for a Christmas Poinsettia for two elderly relatives that I wasn't able to see during the holidays.
I placed the orders online on 12/20 for delivery on 12/22. Just Flowers says that one order was delivered on 12/23 but I'll have to track down a nurse at the retirement home to verify. For the other, it's now 12/28 and they still haven't delivered. When I called customer service and requested a refund they offered a $7.00 credit and a completely different cut flower arrangement.
My guess is that the customer call center is not in the U.S.
so it seemed futile to argue or demand the refund even though I did not receive the product or service that I paid for.Needless to say, I won't use or endorse Just Flowers again.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
