Just flowers did not deliver on the day promised they delivered the day after a birthday and the fruit arrangement was nothing like the basket I ordered I will attach pictures

The fruit was marked which you will see in the picture s

They also charged me handling and delivery despite not telling me they deducted this money from my bank account

Since then I tried to discuss with just flowers they offered me 5 dollars 7 dollars but I told them to keep it I Paid over 114 dollars and

I have contacted my credit card company who have now cancelled payment

Surprise Jason manager rings me and instead if apologising goes on about stopping payment that the fruit came from a local florist I asked him if he had seen the pictures and he said not yet I suggested he did then ring with an apology but he started talking over me about cancelling an irder already delivered but I pointed out he didn't deliver what I ordered he was not happy at this point

I have told him that I have made a complaint to buisness trading standards and he said we already know so I said talk to my credit card company as they will have photographic evidence I don't want to deal with them

I reordered the fruit for the birthday from edible fruit it was amazing they told me exactly what I would pay the fruit was first class my daughter bowled over do not irder from just flowers i

Order from edible fruit worth every penny and no *** they tell the truth good service quality item

The picture on the right with the brown basket is what I red ted and paid for only more expensive as it was deluxe the pathetic other photos are what they sent !!
