SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers on Saturday 5/11, and they have still not arrived as of 12:30pm on 5/16. I have received THREE notices of delay, promising to deliver the flowers 'tomorrow', with no delivery every occurring.

I called, emailed, submitted online inquiries through their website MULTIPLE times with zero resolution. This company is a SCAM.

I'm very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my mom; what she received looked nothing like the picture on your website. This is the second time that I've ordered flowers from you, and it will probably be the last one.

I have pictures to show you how different the flowers she received are. This is not the type of arrangement I wanted my mother to receive for Mother's Day.

DECEITFUL! THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED!

They ruined my gift for my daughter's 1st Mother's Day! I ordered the Deluxe Cotton Candy( I even paid extra) which was falsely advertised but I got a completely UGLY set of flowers! Fake advertisement! The flowers sold in the streets are a lot better than what you guys sell and with them what you see is what you get.

They are honest and you guys are NOT!!! I paid $97.97 for a disgusting arrangement that I could have just bought for $10.00. The really bad thing is it was my daughter's 1st Mother's Day and you ruined it. You did not even reply to my email then.

NEGATIVE STARS, that's what you should get!!!

NOW THEY ARE SAYING I DID NOT EVEN EMAIL THEM AND THIS IS THE 1ST TIME THEY ARE HEARING ABOUT THIS. SUCH A LIE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I EMAILED YOU THAT SAME DAY!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Finally got full refund after 5 days of continually calling and emailing corporate.

Their response was oh we contacted shop and confirmed plant was not delivered. They knew this on day 2, verified by intended recipient of plant.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and has false advertisement on their website pertaining to delivery and availability of purchased item. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!.

Ion previous review I stated that I ordered a pothos pole plant which was for my family in memory of my Aunt who passed on Friday.
UPDATE: Still not delivered, have not cancelled order as per my request as they cant seem to get in contact with THEIR SHOP. They have already confirmed by phone with my cousin she did not get plant.
And YET AGAIN told we have protocol to follow we have to speak with shop before refund can be issued.

This is ludicrous and unprofessional behavior by this company. I am waiting 3 days now for resolution and still getting the run around. Not once have they assumed responsibility for THEIR poor business practices. Again told wait - we have to speak to shop.

Well how do you speak to shop when they dont answer your calls or emails!

I want order cancelled immediately. Fair warning to anyone do not use this shoddy unprofessional business.

Terrible customer service, did not get what I ordered

I ordered flowers for my 88-year-old mother two days before Mother's Day. No online flower site was promising delivery on Mother's Day, but JustFlowers did, for extra money.

I paid the extra money, but did not get a confirmation. My mother did not receive the flowers on Mother's Day, but my credit card was charged. I called the 'customer service' number and was left on hold for more than an hour twice before I gave up. I tried to communicate through the chatbot, which was unsuccessful and useless.

You cannot find an email on the site. I then received a text that the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday - who wants Mother's Day flowers two days after Mother's Day? I replied to the text to CANCEL. I kept calling.

I finally found an email address and sent an email to CANCEL. It didn't matter, the flowers were delivered. Only AFTER I disputed the charge with my credit card company was I finally contacted by someone who left a number for me to call - same thing, I sat on hold forever before someone finally picked up. I demanded a full refund.

JustFlowers refused. After much complaining, they said they would refund the extra delivery charge. I asked to speak to a manager.

No one ever followed up. Again, only AFTER I disputed it with my credit card company did anyone bother to respond.

Terrible customer service, did not get what I paid for

I ordered flowers two days before Mother's Day to be delivered to my 88 year old mother. No service was guaranteeing delivery by Mother's Day, but JustFlowers did, if I paid extra.

So I paid extra. I never received a confirmation. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. Then I saw the charge on my credit card statement .You cannot find an email on their site to cancel or complain.

I spent over an hour on hold twice, to try to find out what was going on. Then I got a text a day later saying the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. I replied to the text to CANCEL. I finally found an email address and told them to CANCEL - what good are Mother's Day flowers delivered two days after Mother's Day?

When I had paid extra for the delivery. Only AFTER I disputed the charge with my credit card company did I finally get a call. I told them I had canceled the order and they had lied to me about delivery. They refused to give me my money back or acknowledge they had lied to me.

I demanded to speak to a manager and I never received a call or email. Again, the only way I got any customer service person contacting me was AFTER I disputed the charge on my credit card.

This place is ridiculous. Order flowers for a service and they were never delivered. When I called customer service they told me sorry they were not aware it was for a funeral service.

This place is ridiculous. I order flowers 2 days before the funeral service.

They never deliver them. I called to see whats the problem is and was told they couldnt find anyone to deliver them. I told them it was for a funeral service, they told me oh we didnt know that. The type of service shouldnt matter, the flowers were orders and paid for in enough time to get them delivered.

They told me that would deliver them the next day. Well they didnt show up again. I received an email saying they have cancelled the order.

So now it looks like we didnt send flowers to the funeral service. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a pot his pole plant (deluxe size)order #991**** paid $72.47 for this plant to be delivered on 6/21/24. And your site stipulated that it was available and could be delivered yesterday.

To date, it still HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I have been contacting your company regarding this with no one calling/emailing from your company about situation. I have had to constantly call your customer service and their response was sorry, it will be delivered by 6 pm 6/22. Well, NOT DELIVERED!

And they stated they couldnt get any response from shop. Not once but three times I have been told this. In addition to now being informed its late and I have to wait till tomorrow. I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!

As you are unable to fulfill your obligations. You post false advertisement about delivery, you do not keep customer informed about update on delivery, you make customers wait to cancel order due to your incompetence. This is not acceptable or good business etiquette. And now I have to wait another day to cancel so they can call a shop who doesnt respond to them.

RIDICULOUS! This was a sympathy plant for my cousin as my Aunt died yesterday. Your concern about customers is lacking and down right disrespectful.

CANCEL THIS IRDER. Rest assured I am advising all family and friends if your incompetence and disregard for customers.

We are now day 3 on my order which was supposed to be delivered on Friday 6/21. UTSTILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!

And yet again their customer service stated that they have to speak to shop before cancellation is initiated. Even though they spoke to family who advised them they never received this item. This was for family during this grieving process as my Aunt passed away on Friday. Never once did they follow up on order, communicate and issues.

But continue to state their protocol is TO SPEAK TO SHOP ABOUT ORDER.

Well, how do you speak to shop when they dont answer the phone or emails. This is a shoddy, unprofessional business who doesnt care for customers and prefers to give people the run around instead of addressing the issue.

I was called by the same "customer service" agent yesterday, so obviously, my review has rattled some cages at Just Flowers. She offered me a $15 refund and thought that was very generous.

However, the Second UPCHARGE of $10 was unjust anyway since I had already paid in full for the arrangement. So really what she offered was $5.WARNING: Just Flowers can substitute on any order an inferior arrangement that they want.

In other words, they can do this on any or ALL orders. Thus more profit for them.STAY AWAY.

As of July 1, 2024 I have neither received an apology nor any recompense from Just Flowers. I would "settle" for an apology for their horrible website and a return of $50. There is probably a better chance of pigs flying.

Order a bouquet of pink lilies with a pink vase and pink teddy bear and they sent sent an assortment in a glass vase with red dye in water, nothing what I ordered and said they can replace what they want. Should of told me it wasn't available and I would of ordered pink roses.

This was for my daughter's first baby girl and surgery. THEY ARE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

I ordered flowers on the 7th of May to be delivered to my mother on the 10th and here it is Tuesday the 14th and the flowers still haven't been delivered. I have tried calling and emailing to find out why and I haven't been able to get a hold of any one and no response to my emails.

I want to request a refund since I know the flowers are no longer fresh and hasn't been delivered. I will never use them again.
