I ordered flowers with a person over the phone. I asked what the delivery charge would be and they said $10.99, but they charged me $17.98 and a service fee which was never mentioned of $4.95. I was told the flowers would be delivered that day, they were not, nor the next day, and so far not today! (Its 5:45 pm)I called 6 times and was guaranteed a delivery time, still nothing!!! Do not use this company. They lie and overcharge!

Don’t expect to get what you ordered or paid for! They take your money and deliver arrangements that are not what you ordered nor the size you ordered. They essentially rip you off! Negative reviews all over the internet! How can they still be in business?!

Justflowers - Late delivery

Ordered an flowers for a funeral they were promised they would deliver the same day. Will after they took my money the called and said they couldn’t deliver them on time. The flowers were delivered the day of the funeral two hours before they were removed to go to the cemetery not the day before for the wake as promised. I might as well just burned my $145.00. Oh yea they gave me a $15.00 credit for there mistake. Horrible company
