FLOWERS! WHAT FLOWERS???
I ordered an arrangement on a Thursday for an overnight delivery to a funeral service on a Saturday.
The arrangement NEVER arrived. When I called to inquire, I was given an apology and told they would deliver the arrangement the next day if I provided the address. The address was given, no delivery the next day OR Monday. They sent an email stating they were unable to deliver and would an apology from their company.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE.
They did not offer anything to compensate for their negligence. I wanted to honor my love one's family, and that did not happen thanks to this subpar flower company.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers to give as a mother's day gift. My mother thanked me for the flowers and sent me a picture of the flowers.
I'm extremely unhappy and mortified of what my mother received. This arrangement looks like something I could have gotten from a grocery store. In fact an arrangement from a grocery store would have been of a better quality. Attached is the picture of what was to be expected and what was delivered.
I would like a refund or another arrangement of flowers that I paid for. I paid a little over 100 dollars for flowers and delivery.
I called customer service and was asked to send an email with pictures. I've done what they asked and haven't heard back.

- The vase had a Food Lion bag, no card, and the order was wrong.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Corporate call and gave a full refund.
Beware of Just Flowers. Don't do business.
They door dash my flowers from Food Lion and charged me $217.00. They still had the Food Lion bag on the vase and didn't receive a card, nor was the order right—only a dozen dead flowers from Food Lion. I checked, and Food Lion flowers are $16.00 for the same thing they charged me $217.00 for, then refused to refund.
We need to open a class action lawsuit against these crooks. Beware.

Hello my name is Terry T. Spears on May 9th, 2026 I placed a simple order of flowers for delivery and received email confirmation that it would be delivered on Mother's Day May 10th to the recipient's address.
I read the fine print and I completely understood that there may be some snacks and the possibility of it not being delivered until the following day. That happened they were unable to deliver it while Mother's Day. I've been received an email assuring me that my order has been placed for delivery on the following delivery date which is the day after Mother's Day being May 11 and I'm fine with that. Monday May 11th comes along I receive an email around 3:00 in the afternoon approximately letting me know if we were unable to have your order delivered today we will have it place in the next available delivery day.
By this time my mother's day give plans or just completely shot in pointless. I had already had to run the surprise and let the recipient know to expect a delivery from your company just so sure that somebody was there to receive it and there was no problems because I didn't need any more problems. So I finally just had enough and I just want to cancel my order. First off I just got to say I have spent the last 7 hours of my day attempting to get somebody in person speaking to me on the phone I've tried nine different phone numbers for your customer service it could not get one single representative on the phone.
I've tried going through your online customer support which is crap by the way. I sent over 11 emails it only received two responses that kept saying your order is scheduled for the next delivery. It's not an inconvenience to have it delivered to that address the moment an element of surprise of getting a delivery is over you guys have ruined that. I have sent several emails and made several calls about an attempt to get a refund and I can't get nobody to give me any confirmation that's all I want I just want my money back and to let you know that you're CUSTOMER SERVICE and online CUSTOMER INQUIRY SETUPS ARE THEY WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I'VE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY FOR 30 YEARS SO I'D LET A LOT OF STUFF GO I UNDERSTAND BUT THIS IS JUST TOO MUCH.
I'VE NEVER ORDERED FLOWERS ONLINE OR FLOWERS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND THE FIRST TIME I DO I CHOOSE YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU GUYS HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION WELL I'M HERE TO TELL YOU I WON'T BE BACK AND IF ANYBODY ASKS I'LL BE GIVING YOU A BAD REVIEW AND I'M SORRY BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. Just had interactions with Just Flowers. I tried to order flowers for my wife's birthday.
Come to find out, the company is located in California. They are not a flower shop; they subcontract the local flower shops in the surrounding area of where you're wanting to order. They don't tell you this ahead of time. Then you put the order in, they charge your credit card, and then they shop around at local flower shops to get the better price that they can.
Come to find out, the flower shops will not sell the product at the price that they're charging you, so then they come back and try to charge you more money. Then you pay an extra fee to have the flowers delivered on the day of someone's birthday so it doesn't get missed because it's a special occasion. They don't contact you; you have to contact them multiple times and send them emails to get a phone call back. Then, at the end of the day, when the flowers are not delivered because of the miscommunication on their end and very poor business structure, they don't want to give your money back.
They keep trying to sell you flowers that you already paid for and don't want anymore because they missed the birthday of the day they were supposed to be delivered. Nothing but a hassle; don't waste your time with this scamming company that subcontracts out to local companies. Work directly with your local flower companies in the city that you want them delivered. Don't waste your time with Just Flowers; they are a scam.
All they do is mark up the flowers and make money off the order. Once again, do not waste your time. I will be posting many more of these articles across the internet for the next year because I am very unhappy with their services, and I'm also working on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice to you: do not waste your time with Just Flowers; it's not worth the aggravation.

This company is Bull!!!. I ordered flowers yesterday 4/24/26 for my daughter's birthday.
Representative was very non-professional. Had to ask her to speak up several times. Anyway making a long story short, ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, got total and everything, thought the flowers would be delivered today as promised, not!!! They sent a e-mail saying they needed $18 more for the arrangement or delivery fee.
Remind you, I have already spent $ 116.97. It was for whomever that does the arrangements. This company Just Flowers is located in Santa Monica, CA. I found it under Florists in Moody, AL.
My daughter will still have a good birthday though. Can't keep God's people down.l She has other things I have sent her and she's grateful. I just don't like people lying to me about things of this nature. And another thing, I had to correct this representative about calling me SIR.
Told her over 25 times FEMALE, not SIR. She still didn't get it, however they do know to put my money back on my card.
Never again. This company sucks.

POSTED COMMENTS MAYBE AN HOUR AGO REGARDING JUSTFLOWERS. IN RETURN, I JUST HAPPEN TO PICK UP MY PHONE AND THERE WAS A VERY NASTY COMMENT BACK FROM THE JUSTFLOWERS PEOPLE.
BECAUSE I SAID THEY DON'T TALK LOUD ENOUGH, THEIR RESPONSE WAS AND I QUOTE: MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET HEARING AIDS SO YOU DON'T NEED TO ASK SOMEONE TO SPEAK UP". NEXT, THE MOST HUMILIATING AND I QUOTE:" IF YOUR ASSIGNED GENDER IS MALE, THEN YOU ARE A MALE." REASON FOR THIS WAS THAT I KEPT TELLING THE REPRESENTATIVE TO STOP CALLING ME SIR, I AM NOT A MALE. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CONTINUE TO CALL ME SIR.. I TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES THAT I WAS A FEMALE.

I ordered flowers on 4/30/26 (8 days in advance!) for delivery on FRIDAY 5/8 to AVOID HIGH VOLUME DELIVERY DATES- I get an email at 4:30 pm its rescheduled for next available date- it doesnt tell me the date of next available delivery date. In addition, JUST FLOWERS, contacted me to use THEM, since I have in the past and charged me $21.00 for this delivery charge.
They say their florists delivery late on holidays such as Mothers Day up to 9pm.
I ordered in advance to avoid exactly what is happening and as of now, still dont know if they will be delivered tomorrow or not.. Theyll try is the answer- total BS- how you have a great BB accreditation is ridiculous

I placed an order online on Thursday, February 19, to be delivered February 20. In the late afternoon, I received an email stating that my order would be delivered on Saturday, February 21, due to a delay in delivery.
Your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next day. I called on Saturday morning and was told they were looking for another florist to send the order to. I called 4 hours later; same answer, still looking for another florist. I called again 3 hours later; by this time, it was almost 5 PM, and most florists were closed.
At 7 PM, I was told that the order would be delivered on Sunday, but they were still looking for another florist. This order was for a coworker with a family member in the hospital, and our company wanted to send something to express their feelings for the worker. I was very disappointed, and when I asked for a manager or supervisor, no one was available.
Very poor customer service. If you need to send flowers as a gift, go with another florist!

I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my sister's funeral...my last family member, foolishly trusting this company to send them. I ordered the flowers to arrive the day of her showing, the day before her funeral and they assured me they would be there.
Then I got a message from them stating that the funeral home stated that they could not accept the flowers on that day and still assured me that the flowers would arrive for her funeral. On the day of her funeral, I got an email from this POS company, stating that the flowers would not arrive for her funeral, but they could redirect them to a family member's address. Now who wants to send funeral flowers to a family member's home? This absolutely broke my heart.

No show. The recipient of flowers received a call from the delivery person at 3:00 wanting to deliver flowers; however, she was already gone, hence the reason for express delivery.
The driver swore at her and stated, 'I guess these flowers are going in the f...king garbage.' When she asked for his name, he swore again and hung up. Never, ever, ever use this floral service.
