My order never delivered

My name is Margalie Balynce, live in Plantation, Florida. I placed an order for my Mom who Iives in Brooklyn NY. She never received the flowers. I am very upset about it, and w when I tried to call, nobody answered the phone. I am very disappointed and I want my money back. Very bad customer service. My order number is 959****. You are absolutely the worst company ever

I ordered my flowers with the order number of 959**** on Saturday for my mother they still arent delivered yesterday I checked and it said that they would be delivered Monday no keep in mind that Mothers Day was Sunday now today I check and they said they wont deliver them till Tuesday Im calling the Better Business Bureau Ive had enough either these flowers get delivered and I get some kind of kick back on This for all my trouble Im calling the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Justflowers.com. Although, they were delivered on time, the arrangement sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. When I called and complained, they offered me a $10 refund. We agreed upon $16.95 USD and today still no refund. We are one month past now. Buyer, be aware you won't get what you ordered. Photos are included. See what I ordered and what was received. Omg!

Constance Ritchie, what was delivered is in fact what you ordered. The only small difference which you might have noticed by now is that the lilies had not yet bloomed. A little bit of natural light will help open those blooms up.

Very disappointed

Received my first gift of flowers today. They arrive DEAD. I tried to call customer service, but there was a long wait (I was number 7) So I got online to report the problem AND THEY ASKED THAT I PAY A DOLLAR TO COMPLAIN! Guess Ill just forget it. Dont use them.

Incomplete orderand delayed delivery

Asked to resend the order or give full refund. Did resend the order. I will not recommend or order again from Justflowers. The resent delivery was finally received on September 2nd.

Completely dissatisfied

I ordered flowers on 8/16/2021 to be delivered on 8/20/2021, for a birthday. I received an email for Just Flowers that they had not delivered the flowers (no explanation). I ask that they deliver them on 8/21/2021; no delivery, same on 8/23/2021, no delivery. Ask them to credit my account. Will never use Just Flowers again.

Disgusted with company antics

Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered on Tuesday. Paid an additional fee to have them delivered before 1! Never recd so I contacted them next day via email AND phone. Was told they would def be delivered next day never delivered. Just spoke to a manager who told me the florists werent delivering due to COVID and later said they would be open 8/30. Ridiculous runaround for a 70 order. Told them I wanted to cancel order. Rep assured me they would have the chg removed. Not sure if thats going to happen. Hrlpto happhappen.concancellation was sr

Need to edit order

In really do not have a negative issue with Just Flowers, as far as their service. I just had a lot of frustration with them and many other flower companies trying to reach them directly. Sometimes a person needs to talk with the flower company directly and not the third party going in-between. As it turned out, I spent three hours the first day trying to get the birthday bouquet sent out. And three hours the second day. Big waste of time because it never happened

And when deliveries are not possible in a certain location let a customer know so we do not waste our time making numerous orders that end up being canceled but yet charged to our credit card. What a huge pain in the you know what.
