We placed 2 order with . Flowers were for my father's viewing at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So.

Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Friday, June 16. The flowers were not delivered and JustFlowers, to date, has not refunded my money ($461.89). I have an affidavit from the Funeral Home Director, Bruce confirming that the flowers were never delivered and we also went over to the Bergenfield Police Department to involve them in this matter. research on the internet shows a repeated pattern of overcharging customers and not delivering goods, have contacted Attorney General of California and the Better Business Bureau The manager was never available at the time of my call and I was told a manager would call me back.

The "manager" called me back within minutes.

When I asked for a refund they refused because the order had already been filled. When I told them they didn't fill the order for the date I requested they tried to tell me there was a delay and that they sent me a email to inform me of the change
